Welcome to Oksyon. By using our service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use Oksyon.

1. Using Oksyon

Oksyon is a personal event planning platform. You may use it to create events, manage guest lists, send invitations, coordinate menus and registries, and share photos with your guests. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for the content you create and share through Oksyon, including event details, guest information, photos, and messages. Don't use the service for anything illegal or harmful.

2. Accounts

You sign in via Google or Facebook. We don't store passwords. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you create on Oksyon — your events, guest lists, photos, and messages are yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate Oksyon (e.g., showing your event page to guests, sending invitation emails).

We will not use your content for marketing or sell it to third parties.

4. Advertising

Oksyon displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense, to help fund the service. These ads may be personalised based on your browsing activity using cookies and similar technologies. By using Oksyon, you acknowledge that ads may appear on free-tier pages. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Oksyon for spam, phishing, or any form of abuse
• Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with the service or overload our infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Oksyon available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Free and Paid Features

Some features of Oksyon are available for free; others require a paid plan. We'll always be clear about what's free and what isn't. We may change pricing or feature availability with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You can stop using Oksyon at any time. If you want your data deleted, contact us. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms or have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
